Can I just "walk in" and get in for a service?

For certain services we can accommodate a walk in at most times, but it is not guaranteed. To make sure we will be available, booking an appointment in advance will ensure a time with one of our professional stylists.

 

Why do prices vary with hair, coloring, waxing services?

It is difficult to have a flat fee, because everyone has different hair texture and length. The performer makes the decision on what the cost will be depending on the service and the amount of time the services takes.

 

Why do you carry a limited line of hair products?

At Brio Salon & Spa we carry professional beauty products that provide educational and promotional support to our staff. So our clients know that purchasing products at Brio will give them the highest quality possible.

Can I just come in and get a consultation?

Feel free to walk in and discuss your future services with us at any time free of charge. Although, calling us beforehand will assure your proper service time.
